When we register a domain for you we take great care to ensure that all the details are correct. It is possible to lose a domain name if the Registration record is incorrect. Part of our service is updating the registration records on your behalf.

We provide the same service at renewal time. We take care to make you aware of an impending renewal and the implications of expiry. Despite looking after so many domain names we have never forgotten about a single one.

Non UK domains in our care are “locked” to the Registry. This means that your domain cannot be moved away to another registry or the record changed without our involvement. We will only unlock your domain name with your written authorisation so there is no chance of losing your domain accidentally or through malicious actions.

Each UK domain is looked after by a TAG Holder who has signed a contract with Nominet, the UK Registry, and is bound by a set of rules. Our TAG is NETPRESTO. As a TAG Holder we can keep your UK domain name registration up to date. Again we will only release your domain name to another TAG Holder with your written permission.

For email and web services to work properly the domain name service (DNS) has to work properly. This is the record which says where your mail should be sent and where your web site is located. It's very important that it's correct and on a fast, efficient server. An incorrect record here can result in your losing email and web site for 2 days, often more...

We provide DNS as a free service for any domain name whilst it remains on our TAG or in our Registration Service Provider (RSP) Account. We will make changes to this record once we are have your written permission and confident that you are aware of the implications of your request.
