Netpresto is a privately owned limited company Registration number 3663411. It was established in 1998 to provide technical Internet Services to SMEs. It is headed by Steve Newcombe MBCS, who has spent his whole career in the IT Industry, Our sister company PCS Professional Computer Services, established in 1986, is housed in the same premises and provides IT security and network services.

Our office is located at the southern end of the High Level Bridge, in the Bridges Conservation Area of Gateshead, a few minutes walk from the Sage Music Centre and the Baltic Contemporary Art Gallery.

Netpresto's servers and communications equipment are housed at the Telehouse Data Centre in Docklands, London. Telehouse offers unrivalled security together with a resilient power supply. It is also the best place to peer with other ISPs and has high quality connections to the Internet backbone.

Our equipment, wholly owned and maintained by us, is based on robust hardware and software platforms and provides years of uptime rather than the days that some alternatives can offer.
